About me

I am deeply passionate about food and health. I enjoy helping my clients by interpreting complex nutrition information in simple, easy-to-understand ways, sharing my knowledge and experience to guide them. My goal is to cut through the confusion surrounding nutrition messages and offer honest, clear advice that empowers my clients to better understand often-complicated nutrition topics.
And yes, I absolutely love food-chocolate included!
With experience in managing digestive discomfort and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), I am fully accredited to provide FODMAP guidance and can assist with first-line IBS recommendations, often before FODMAPs are necessary.
I also offer weight management support, helping clients lose weight with a personalised approach. I tailor weight loss plans to each individual's needs, because food is personal, and I focus on teaching the general principles of healthy eating in a way that fits your unique situation. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I work closely with clients to find a plan that works for them.
As an HCPC-registered dietitian (BSc Hons Dietetics), I am regulated by a professional body, ensuring that I provide up-to-date, evidence-based advice grounded in scientific research.
I'm here to support you on your journey to better wellness, whether through a few focused appointments or longer-term guidance. My goal is to help you improve your health and nutritional status, addressing specific symptoms and challenges.
I believe that a healthy, balanced diet can be achievable on any budget, and I’m committed to keeping my services affordable, as nutrition expertise shouldn’t have to come with a high price tag.
With extensive clinical experience in managing a variety of medical conditions, including heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, undernutrition, and malnutrition. I provide tailored, evidence-based nutrition support to help individuals achieve better health outcomes. I have also helped numerous people with their weight loss journeys.
In my role as a Neurosciences Dietitian within the NHS, I have gained invaluable experience working with patients affected by various neurological conditions, such as motor neurone disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease.
Additionally, I support many individuals with coeliac disease and other bowel conditions. A significant portion of my career has been focused on assisting individuals in managing irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive health concerns.
